With more than 10 years of experience, I’ve tested my limits in some of the toughest environments, completing solo unsupported rounds like the winter Bob Graham and Ramsay Rounds, the Lakeland Classic Rock, and the Winter Steve Parr Round—one of only two people
As a UESCA-certified running coach, Level 3 personal trainer, and Mountaineering Instructor, I combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of endurance and adventure sports. My run coaching packages and personal training packages are grounded in scientific principles and proven strategies, drawn from years of personal experiences and my work assisting others in conquering some of the most challenging races in the UK.
