Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
1.1 “Run Strong Coaching” refers to the proprietor and operator of this website and all services offered herein.


1.2 “Client” denotes any individual procuring or engaging in services rendered by Run Strong Coaching.


1.3 “Services” encompass all personal training sessions, guiding days, coaching programs, or any other offerings provided by Run Strong Coaching.


1.4 Commitment: Monthly Personal Training services priced at £180 require a minimum commitment of three (3) months. By enrolling, the Client expressly agrees to fulfill the entire commitment period.

2. General Terms

2.1 All information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and may be amended without prior notice.


2.2 Run Strong Coaching reserves the unilateral right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients shall be notified of material amendments via electronic mail or through an official notice on the website.

3. Personal Training Sessions
3.1 Booking: All personal training sessions must be reserved in advance and are contingent upon availability.


3.2 Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled session shall be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between seven (7) and forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled session shall be eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund.

  • Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled session shall be ineligible for any refund.
    3.3 Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule a session, subject to availability, provided that a minimum notice of forty-eight (48) hours is furnished. Requests made within forty-eight (48) hours shall be treated as cancellations.
    3.4 Late Arrivals: Clients arriving late shall only receive the remaining duration of the session. Full payment is required notwithstanding the reduced session time.

4. Guiding Days
4.1 Booking: All guiding days must be pre-booked and are subject to availability.
4.2 Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled guiding day shall be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days prior to the scheduled guiding day shall be eligible for a maximum fifty percent (50%) refund.

  • Cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled guiding day shall be ineligible for any refund.
    4.3 Rescheduling: Requests for rescheduling must be submitted at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance and are subject to availability. Requests made within forty-eight (48) hours shall be treated as cancellations.
    4.4 Weather and Safety: Run Strong Coaching retains the exclusive right to reschedule guiding days due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns. In such instances, the Client shall be offered an alternative date or a full refund if rescheduling is impracticable.
    4.5 Monthly Personal Training: Notice of cancellation must be provided in writing with a minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice. In the event of early termination prior to completing the three-month commitment period, all outstanding fees for the remaining months shall become immediately due and payable.

5. Coaching
5.1 Commitment: Monthly coaching services require a minimum commitment of three (3) months. By enrolling, the Client agrees to maintain their subscription for the entire commitment period.
5.2 Cancellation: Termination of coaching services prior to the expiration of the commitment period shall not entitle the Client to a refund for any unused portion of the service.
5.3 Payment: All payments for coaching services are due monthly in advance and must remain current to ensure uninterrupted access to the coaching program.

6. Payment Terms
6.1 Payment for all services must be rendered in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

7. Liability and Disclaimer
7.1 Run Strong Coaching endeavors to deliver services in a safe and professional manner; however, the Client acknowledges that participation in physical activities entails inherent risks.
7.2 By engaging in any service, the Client voluntarily assumes such risks and agrees that Run Strong Coaching shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation, save where such injury results from the negligence of Run Strong Coaching.
7.3 Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in the services. Clients must disclose any pertinent medical conditions or injuries prior to participation.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Run Strong Coaching is committed to maintaining the privacy of Clients. Personal data collected during booking shall be used exclusively for service provision and shall not be disclosed to third parties without the Client’s consent, except as mandated by law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction, e.g., England and Wales].
